Veliso Privacy Policy
Who issues Veliso and when this privacy policy starts
Shenzhen Ruishengxin Logistics Co., Ltd. is the controller for Veliso. Mail about a clip still that reaches the mailbox is answered by that company. Veliso runs on Google Play for Android. On that copy an adult stores still photographs of hair clips already in that adult's possession, typed pairing lines, and hold tips. One still may show a claw clip already owned. Another may show a metal barrette. A third line may name a pearl pin.
Correspondence goes to infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com. The published street is Room 603, Building C, Guanfengge, No.25 Gangqian Road, Liwan Community, Nanshan Sub‑district, Nanshan District. The effective date is 2026-09-08.
Veliso is reserved for an adult who already reached 18, written here as eighteen, and minors must not use it.
Later chapters describe on-phone files, Camera and Microphone, the single outbound request, mailbox timing, and how a later edition is posted.
What this Android package covers
This notice covers Veliso after it is installed from Google Play on Android. It does not describe another store. It does not describe another operating system.
Typical steps on this copy:
- unlock the phone and open the installed package
- type a pairing line beside a clip you already hold
- add a hold tip as typed text if you want one
- tap Camera for a new still, or pick an existing still through Android's Photo Picker
- press Microphone for a spoken hold tip
- open this privacy policy from a link inside the package; later taps open the terms of use. Another tap opens the children's notice
The Play listing may mention browsing looks. Veliso does not upload a clip still, does not run a public feed, and does not connect you to other users, because posting is not part of this package. Other people do not receive a pairing line for the same reason: that line remains on the phone you unlock.
Veliso does not open a video recorder, because this package stores stills and short notes only.
Files that stay on the phone
A clip still, a spoken hold tip, and the clip list sit in storage on the device you already carry. Day-to-day use does not send those files to the controller.
- Photos: after you press Camera, or after you pick a stored still, that picture remains with the clip list on the device. Staff never receive that picture.
- Microphone audio: a spoken hold tip stays local. The controller does not receive spoken audio.
- App activity: the clip list is required for the screen to show the rows you already saved. Those rows stay on the handset.
A claw-clip still is written into unlocked-phone storage, so saving it does not open a password screen. Typed pairing lines work without a remote identity.
Veliso does not collect an Android advertising identifier. It also does not read an advertising identifier while you keep the clip list.
Veliso does not charge an in-app price when you save a barrette still, and it does not sell a subscription for pairing lines.
Google Play's Data safety answers for this package are meant to stay aligned with this notice: stills, spoken tips, and the clip list stay on the device; the only disclosed outbound path is the legal-page request; Camera and Microphone taps can be skipped.
Result of Camera and Microphone on this copy
The result of Camera is a still of a clip you already hold, written into phone storage. Camera runs after you tap the control on the Veliso screen. Camera is not in the background. Foreground use is the only mode. Android Settings is where you revoke Camera. Once revoked, the shutter no longer writes a new still, yet typed pairing lines already saved still open. Taking a still is optional. A typed pairing line does not need Camera.
A spoken hold tip is the result of Microphone. You press the recorder while Veliso is the visible screen. Microphone does not continue after you leave that screen. Android Settings is where you revoke Microphone. Once revoked, a new spoken tip cannot be captured, yet the typed clip list still opens. A spoken tip is optional.
An existing still chosen through the Photo Picker stays on the phone. That choice does not transmit the picture to anyone else and does not deposit the picture with the host.
Withhold Camera and withhold Microphone, and the clip list continues to open, since the list already sits on the handset.
Why we process mailbox mail, Camera, and Microphone
This chapter states the grounds used for mailbox mail and for Camera and Microphone. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a person who reads this notice from the EU or the EEA. When the GDPR applies, mailbox mail and Camera or Microphone consent sit under the legal bases named below.
Mailbox mail is processed only to answer a question that names a clip still, and to locate that letter when you ask the controller to wipe it, copy it, look at it, or fix it.
When the GDPR applies, legitimate interest covers reading mailbox mail and a privacy request that names a clip still.
Performance of a contract is the legal basis for making Veliso available as the installed Google Play package.
Consent is the legal basis for Camera and Microphone; you withdraw or revoke that consent in Android Settings, and that capture stops.
You can lodge a complaint about Veliso mailbox mail. Deliver that note to a supervisory authority whose EEA seat matches your home, your job, or the alleged breach.
Data Protection Officer contact for clip-list letters
There is no separately named Data Protection Officer for Veliso. Letters that would go to that officer use infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com.
Host that answers an opened legal page
The only party that receives a copy leaving the phone is a hosting provider.
Opening this privacy policy from Veliso reaches that provider over HTTPS and produces HTTPS server logs. A later tap on the terms of use, and a further tap on the children's notice, each produce those logs for that visit. The host then delivers the page you selected. Those logs do not include Photos, Microphone audio, or App activity, because those items stay on the phone. HTTPS server logs are the only data type disclosed for that visit.
Those logs may be stored by the host outside the country where the phone sits. A clip still does not travel that route, because the still remains on the handset. Spoken tips and the clip list likewise remain there. Mail you send to the controller is separate from those logs.
A clip still is not handed to another company through Veliso, because the still stays on the phone and is never part of the legal-page request.
Erase a copy, then inspect and correct
Veliso has no hosted account to close, because a clip still is a local file. Uninstall or a storage wipe removes the stills, spoken tips, and clip list on the phone. Staff cannot erase a still that never arrived.
Write to infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com in this order.
- Ask first for erasure of personal information that actually reached the mailbox. Name enough of the letter for staff to find it. Count 15 business days from arrival of that note.
- Ask next for a portable extract of personal information in that letter. Request the extract as readable text. The extract covers mailbox content the controller received. It does not pull a clip still off the phone, since that still is not among the letters.
If personal data that reached the mailbox is inaccurate or incomplete, write to infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com and request correction of that record. Rectification applies to the letter the controller holds, not to a clip still that never left the phone. Name the line that is wrong and the text that should replace it.
After that, you may inspect what personal information arrived in your letters. The reply names those letters. It does not list the clip list on the phone.
Staff may ask you to identify the letter so the correct record is changed or erased.
Short locks around mailbox mail
What the controller actually holds is mailbox letters plus those logs. A fetch of a legal text travels under HTTPS. A staff member who answers clip-list correspondence may open a letter. Compromise of a handset, an inbox, or a host remains possible.
If a clip-still letter may have been seen by the wrong reader, email infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com and quote enough of that letter for staff to match it. A still that never left the device stays behind the screen lock you chose.
Scene-by-scene keep and clear rules
Each kind of record has its own clock.
- Uninstalling Veliso clears clip stills from the phone.
- Clearing Veliso storage in Android Settings clears spoken tips.
- Deleting a row, or wiping application data, clears the clip list.
- A letter at infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com is kept while a reply is prepared. Staff finish wiping a named letter inside 15 business days, except where a statute already forces a longer keep.
- The host keeps those logs only while the chosen legal text is being served, then deletes them on the host's own schedule.
A pairing line you typed ends with the clip list. Clearing storage ends any server-side copy of that line, because no such copy was made.
CCPA notes for a California reader
A California resident has rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). That resident may also cite the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Write to infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com if you want us to confirm whether personal data about you reached the mailbox, and whether any of it was shared. The reply discusses letters that arrived and those logs. A clip still sitting on the phone is not treated as a controller-held file.
Veliso does not share personal information for advertising. Stills, spoken tips, and the clip list stay on the phone, so no such file is available to share for ads.
Veliso does not sell personal information.
A California resident who wants to refuse a sale uses that mailbox. Email infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com to opt out of selling. Staff will read that note. You may also send a do-not-sell request there.
VCDPA notes for a Virginia reader
A Virginia resident looks to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).
Virginia rights about targeted advertising, sale, and profiling do not attach to a clip still, because that still and the pairing line stay on the handset and are not used to rank or sell anyone.
That resident may use infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com for a VCDPA question, including a note that refuses a sale.
Adults, children, and later wording
Veliso is not aimed at children, is not marketed toward children, and was not designed for children. Veliso has no child-focused features. The screens and the Play listing speak to an adult who already keeps hair clips.
A clip still is a photograph of a clip you already own, so children's sensitive identifiers and biometric data of a child are not collected.
When the user is under 18, this controller does not knowingly collect personal information. The screens address the adult who records clips.
A parent or guardian uses infecarrollcrosmith@gmail.com. That guardian may seek access to it, ask for deletion of it, and require stopping processing of any children's information that in fact reached the mailbox.
When a later edition is posted inside Veliso, that edition's date controls from the day it is shown. Until then, 2026-09-08 is the date of this privacy policy. The host shows the printed date on the page you open.
